Terms of Service
Last updated 15 June 2026
These terms govern your use of Clubhouse, a golf score-tracking app. By creating an account or playing as a guest, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Who can use Clubhouse
You must be at least 13 years old to use Clubhouse. If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
When using Clubhouse, you agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, impersonate or upload offensive content about other players.
- Upload an avatar or use a username/display name that is offensive, infringing, or impersonates someone else.
- Attempt to access data you're not authorised to see, probe or attack the service, or bypass security or rate-limiting controls.
- Use automated means to create accounts or scrape data.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules or put other users at risk.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add (scores, course details, avatar). You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it within the app so the service works. In a shared session, the people you play with can record and correct scores for everyone in that session — that's the core social feature.
Accounts and guests
Guest sessions are temporary and are deleted automatically after 30 days unless upgraded to a full account. You can delete your account at any time from account settings; see our Privacy Policy for what deletion does to your data.
Service “as is”
Clubhouse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for casual, recreational use. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores and statistics will always be accurate. It is not an official handicap or competition system.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; if we make material changes we'll update the date above. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, where reasonably necessary.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
